Alexey Kuzmichev

It is with deep sadness that we announce the untimely death of Alexey Kuzmichev, who passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 1, 2011 in Moscow.

Alexey first joined the Bermuda office of Conyers as an associate in 2007. He moved to Moscow in June 2008. With his Russian language ability and his experience with offshore transactions, he was an important and integral part of Conyers’ Moscow team helping launch our services in that region. He will be greatly missed.

Alexey Kuzmichev, an associate in the Moscow office of Conyers Dill & Pearman joined Conyers in 2007. Alexey’s practice covered corporate law, capital markets, banking and asset-backed finance. He advised leading Russian and international banks and multi-national companies on cross border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
