Audrey M. Robertson is a counsel in the corporate department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the British Virgin Islands. Audrey joined Conyers in 2005 and became a counsel in 2012.

Audrey’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and finance law and hedge fund formation, advice and regulation. She has extensive experience in joint ventures, public offerings, and multi- jurisdictional financing transactions, with particular specialization in financing and corporate transactions involving aircraft. Audrey advises leading financial institutions, corporates, and investment managers.
