Christopher Page is an associate in the corporate department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman.

Christopher's practice includes all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including the formation of funds, segregated account companies, exempted companies and other investment vehicles. His practice also includes the acquisition, divestiture, continuance, discontinuance, amalgamation and reorganization of companies, the formation and structuring of joint venture companies and the financing of commercial real estate. Christopher has extensive experience in all aspects of fund structuring and venture capital related transactions.
