Dennis Ryan is a Cayman Islands qualified attorney in the Dubai office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Dennis joined Conyers in 2007.

Dennis’ practice involves all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including the formation of investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and advising clients generally on Cayman Islands trust matters and the formation of Private Trust Companies.

Dennis also has extensive experience in forestry law, mining law, oil & gas law, environmental law, franchise law and regulatory law. He was involved in various mergers, acquisitions and public and private equity financings.

Dennis frequently authors articles on Islamic finance and investment funds that have been published in journals including The Brief, India Business Law Journal, Asian Counsel, Islamic Finance News, Hedgeweek and Cayman Financial Review.
