Erik Gotfredsen is an associate in the corporate department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Erik joined Conyers in 2008. Erik's practice covers a wide variety of sophisticated financing and capital market transactions as well as cross-border M&A, joint venture and re-domestication transactions.
