Guy Eldridge is a partner in the British Virgin Islands office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. His practice includes all aspects of corporate law with specialist expertise in asset and aircraft finance, joint ventures, securities offerings and insurance. He has conducted significant numbers of asset financing and securities transactions in Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands. His practice also includes the formation of British Virgin Islands companies and partnerships, the registration and recognition of mutual funds and the use of British Virgin Islands purpose trusts in commercial transactions.

Guy graduated in 1984 from Mount Allison University with a BA degree, and in 1986 obtained a BA degree in law from the University of Kent at Canterbury. He was admitted to practise in England in 1987 (he does not currently practise in the UK) and in Bermuda in 1988. Guy was admitted to practise in the British Virgin Islands in 1996 after moving there to establish Conyers' BVI office.

Guy is a member of the Bermuda Bar Association and the British Virgin Islands Bar Association.
