Iakovos Panagi is an associate advising on Cypriot law in the Moscow office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Iakovos joined Conyers in 2010.

Iakovos advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law including corporate restructuring. He has specialist experience in advising banks and financial institutions in Russia on the lender’s side on financing transactions involving Cyprus companies, particularly transactions where security packages are provided by Cyprus companies.

Iakovos also regularly advises private and institutional clients on all aspects of non-contentious Cyprus trusts law, including the establishment of complex trust structures established under the Cyprus International Trusts Law. He has also advised on the uses of trusts in commercial contexts, including financing transactions.
