Marc Thomas, BSc., ACA is the Finance and Operations Manager for the Cayman Islands office of Conyers Dill & Pearman.

Having graduated from the University of Warwick in 1985 with a degree in Mathematics, he joined the London office of Price Waterhouse and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1988. In 1990, he relocated to the Cayman Islands with Price Waterhouse.

Marc joined Bank of America in 1991 before becoming the Group Financial Controller for the London-quoted, but Cayman-headquartered, shipping company, Ugland International Holdings plc in 1997. He stayed with them becoming Chief Operations Officer and General Manager before joining Conyers Dill & Pearman in 2006.

Marc is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Cayman Islands office, including accounting, human resources, and IT.
