Shawn Moran is the Controller of Conyers Dill & Pearman and Codan Trust Company (B.V.I.) Limited in the British Virgin Islands. He is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the BVI offices including accounting, financial analysis and reporting, cash management, financial policies and control, budgeting, payroll and personnel functions.

A 1986 graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Shawn articled for three years with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Toronto. In 1989 he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
