Tan Woon Tiang is Director and Head of the Singapore office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Woon Tiang joined Conyers in 2001 and became head of the firm's Singapore office in 2002.

Woon Tiang’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial work. He advises banks, listed companies, trustees and financial institutions on a wide range of corporate transactions. Prior to joining Conyers Dill & Pearman, Tan Woon Tiang worked for almost 15 years in Singapore, first as a litigator and later in corporate finance. Woon Tiang co-authored the book Interlocutory Injunctions, published by Butterworths, and authored the Singapore chapter of International Corporate Insolvency, also published by Butterworths.
