This is a summary of the law and procedure under the Companies Act 1981 (ʺthe Actʺ) in so far as it relates to liquidations of companies in Bermuda. The relevant sections of the Act can be found in Part XIII, and the corresponding rules are set out in the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1982.
