Conyers advises ChinaCache International Holdings on its IPO - October 2010

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd., a Beijing-based internet services provider, on its IPO offering of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the Nasdaq Global Market on October 1, which is expected to raise up to $100 million.

Wynne Lau of Conyers' Hong Kong office advised on the transaction, in association with lawyers from Skadden Arps and Han Kun law offices, while Davis Polk acted for the underwriters, and DLA Piper acted for the selling shareholders.
