Conyers Dill & Pearman advised Freescale Semiconductor Holdings I, Ltd. on its guarantee of $750 million senior notes due 2020 on June 10, 2011. In a separate transaction, Conyers advised the company on a $500 million revolving credit facility on June 1, 2011. Guy Cooper of Conyers provided Bermuda law advice while Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP advised Freescale on US aspects of the transactions. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP acted for the underwriters and banks. Barclays Capital Inc. underwrote the senior notes offering. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is trustee for the notes.
