Conyers advises on $1bn refinancing arrangement - May 2011

Conyers advised General Maritime Corporation (“GenMar”) on the completion of two refinancing arrangements with Nordea Bank Finland, plc, New York Branch (“Nordea”).

The agreements were governed by an amended and restated $550million credit agreement and an amended and restated $372million credit agreement respectively, and one financing arrangement with Oaktree Capital Management, L.P (“Oaktree”) governed by an amended and restated $200million credit agreement.
