Conyers Dill & Pearman advised Oslo-listed shipping company Stolt-Nielsen Limited on its redomiciliation to Bermuda from Luxembourg on November 18, 2010. Conyers lawyers Guy Cooper, Dawn Griffiths and Charles Collis incorporated a Bermuda subsidiary and amalgamated this with the Luxembourg company which is listed on the Oslo Bors, resulting in the amalgamated company being incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the Oslo Bors.
