First Chinese property developer to list on the HKSE in 2011
Conyers advised Shenzhen-based Chinese property developer Top Spring International Holdings Limited on its HK$1.56 bn IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 23, 2011, the first Chinese property developer to list on the HKSE this year.
The listing comprised a Hong Kong public offering and a Reg S/Rule 144A international offering.
