Conyers advises on first US listing of a mainland-China based film company - December 2010

Conyers advised Bona Film Group Limited on its Nasdaq IPO, the first listing of a Chinese film company in the US on any foreign market. Bona Film Group is the largest privately owned film distributor in China. The IPO took place on December 9, 2010.
