Conyers advised bottled water company Tibet 5100 Water Resources Holdings Ltd on its HK$1,298.9million listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of a global offering on June 30, 2011, the first Hong Kong initial public offering by a company from the plateau region.
