Conyers advises on Zhengye International IPO - June 2011

Conyers advised Zhengye International Holdings Company Limited on its HK$178.75 million IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 3, 2011. The public offer was 341 times oversubscribed.

Bernadette Chen of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised alongside Chiu & Partners and Jingtian & Gongcheng who advised on Hong Kong and PRC law respectively. Pang & Co., in association with Salans LLP, and Beijing Kangda Law Firm advised the sole sponsor and the underwriters. CMB International and Oriental Patron Securities managed the deal.

Zhengye International Holdings Company Limited is the largest supplier of paper-based packaging products for household air conditioners in the PRC.
