Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited (the "Company")

Pursuant to a Certificate of Recognition issued under the Bermuda Bar Act 1974, with effect from April 1, 2010: (i) Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited, a local company limited by shares, will provide legal and professional services of all kinds in and from Bermuda; and (ii) Conyers Dill & Pearman ("Partnership") will cease to provide such services.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the transition from the Partnership to the Company will, so far as our clients are concerned, be seamless. However, it is important to note that clients that continue to receive legal services from us after March 31, 2010, will be deemed to have engaged the Company on exactly the same terms as previously applied to the Partnership.

The Company will continue to deliver legal services to our valued clients, in a responsive, timely and thorough manner as we have always strived to do in the Partnership. If you have any questions or comments concerning the foregoing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
