Conyers Dill & Pearman ("Conyers") attorneys Alec Anderson (Bermuda), Mark Forté (British Virgin Islands), Nigel Meeson QC and Sara Collins (Cayman Islands) have been recognised in the Citywealth Leaders List, an annual publication of highly reputable advisors to the super rich.
The Leaders List recognizes leading high net worth advisors including trustees, lawyers and private bankers who advise the world's wealthy. Now in its fifth year of publication, the list is compiled through recommendations more than 2,000 elite, global peers in family offices, accountancy and law practices and FDA regulated financial institutions and by ultra-high net worth rich list clients and charitable organisations.
Alec Anderson, Head of Conyers' Trust & Private Client practice, commented: "We are proud of our track record of delivering the highest quality responsive, timely and thorough legal advice to our international clients throughout the year. This recognition by our peers is testament to the depth of expertise within our Trust & Private Client team."
Conyers has one of the largest and most experienced offshore trust and trust litigation teams in Bermuda and the Caribbean. Conyers specializes in both contentious and non-contentious work, advising international families, entrepreneurs, banks, institutional and individual trustees and charitable entities. The Private Client Team specialises in advising on the restructuring of trusts (often through Court applications), establishing private client trusts for cross-border family and business succession planning, private trust company structures for significantly wealthy families, the structuring and governance of ownership of family run operating businesses, and trust disputes.
