In two recent judgments delivered by Mr. Justice Kawaley, the Supreme Court of Bermuda's Commercial Court continues to demonstrate its willingness to provide recognition and assistance to foreign Courts and to foreign Liquidators in the resolution of cross-border insolvency issues relating to Bermuda, as a matter of common law.
