Significant Amendments to Bermuda Company and Partnership Legislation

The Bermuda government has passed a series of legislative amendments to improve the efficiency of international business in Bermuda. We expect that the amendments will come into force in the next few weeks. The amendments were crafted after extensive consultation with industry stakeholders, and Conyers Dill & Pearman is pleased to have played a part in ushering in these significant amendments to this Legislation.
